Great location, within walking distance to popular nightlife spots and restaurants. Beautiful beach nearby. The rooftop pool had an awesome view of the surrounding area and beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Aloft! The breakfast buffet was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The staff, including Leo and Jose, were attentive to our needs. we highly recommend this hotel.

it was located in the middle, close to the clubs and convention center. staff was very friendly and helpful. everything was clean. you could see that the staff tries hard to do everything right. you almost felt at home. breakfast was very good. can only recommend.

there were no windows opening. that was the only thing i didn't like. for longer stays it was quite annoying.

This place exceeded my expectations! The location was just perfect, surrounded by all the bars, restaurants, and clubs I wanted to visit in the area. Moreover, it was close to not one, but several beaches, which I enjoyed exploring during my stay. The staff was really friendly and always willing to help me with anything I needed, and the room service was amazing. As for the amenities, I loved the fact that this hotel offered bicycle hire, which allowed me to move around the area more easily.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to any family visiting here, as I really enjoyed my stay and didn't encounter any problems during my time here.

This hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to be in the middle of the action. It's just a few steps from a beautiful beach and a big grocery store. The location is great for those attending a convention at the nearby convention center or enjoying a day at the Mandalay Beach Club. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, with a clean and modern bathroom. The staff is friendly and always available to help. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the room is breathtaking. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the warm weather.

location is excellent for the main attractions of Cancun (next to the Ferry to Isla Mujeres, near the party area, beach.. facilities are modern and pool is normal. staff is very attentive and friendly.

room had an ocean view, glass is so dirty that you can't see much (I'd say it's not worth paying more to have a view).

rooms are very noise-sensitive. we even had to move to another room on the first night because we had a passage room with a door to the neighboring room. you could hear every word from the neighbour, let alone the music was playing all the time.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location. Just across the street from a cozy public beach, we enjoyed some amazing views. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we had access to everything we needed. Breakfast was scrumptious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. it was easy to find transportation from this hotel, and we appreciated it!

When I asked them to change the towels, they took a towel that I was carrying! And they didn't give it back. The last day the bathroom didn't work.

The standard of the hotel surprised me nicely. The room is spacious and clean. Phone charger and USB input. Coffee and tea maker. Super terrace with pool and bar. Breakfast ok. Worth using room service - affordable prices and food tasty and fresh. Bar in the lobby also cool. I recommend the location of the super.
